Manuel's  journey began in spring of 2014 with a 3-year apprenticeship program, during which he dedicated over 3 years to hands-on work and practical experience. This intensive program equipped him with the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to become a certified Journeyman roofer in 2017.

   He pursued further education at Stanford University. At the prestigious Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE), he specialized in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). This combination of practical experience and academic excellence ensures that he stays at the forefront of the industry and can offer innovative solutions to various roofing challenges.

    Aptitude Roofing LLC then became a certified contractor for GAF roofing products. This certification signifies that we meet the stringent requirements set by GAF, a leading roofing manufacturer, and underscores our dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

   In early 2023, we received two distinguished recognitions. CertainTeed Roofing Products acknowledged us as a Roofing Master Craftsman, and earned the designation of a Shingle Quality Specialist, further validating the ability to deliver top-notch roofing installations and services.
